Not sure how this company got such good ratings! Tried to get some information for repairs to our 5th wheel that was parked on BLM land near Bouse,AZ. We were told they wouldn’t do service call unless it was in a campground. We offered to move to the community campground but they weren’t interested in dealing with us. Screaming kids in the background made it impossible to communicate. If they can’t be professional then why would anyone want to trust their workmanship?
Sean is excellent. He took his time with us and explained options, not just most expensive. Highly recommend.
THIEVES or INCOMPETENT you decide. Jan 4 talked to Vicky (owner's wife) and ordered a $238 part that was " in stock" and would ship immediately. Jan 11 called to get status of part. Vicky said it would ship that day and she would email me tracking number. Jan 18 after multiple call with no call back I finally talked to Vicky again. She admitted they did not have the part and would refund my money. Said it would take 5-7 days.
