Not one issue ever. I drop box my project, drive over, and pick up my drawings.
I’ve been going here for more than a decade now. The only reviews you see here are from people who are using his FREE of CHARGE Fedex services as a drop off place, or that need something with Fedex. He’s not a Fedex employee. He’s a professional in a different field. Never had a problem at this location. And yes, the puppy is adorable
Needed to overnight FedEx a package. I tried at Walgreens but they are just a drop off point and they directed me here. Service was quick and friendly. Thanks!
I get that it's supposed to be a relaxed environment, and what place ISN'T that has its own cute resident dog? But it transfers into the customer service for FedEx,where there's no sense of urgency. And as many times as I had to repeat the easy address, I wondered how "accurate" they really were. I left there and went to The UPS Store in Beaufort where I was greeted, asked questions about what kind of service I was looking for, told the differences between the services and the employees were quite efficient and helpful.
