Top Closing company in the business I use them for all my closings. Bill is very professional he works to make it as easy as possible. He is very knowledgeable and completes the closings in a explanatory and efficient manner!
Completely unprofessional. Miscalculated lender interest payments, then wanted to charge me extra interest because he wasn’t going to wire funds until the following day, despite an early closing. As of the time of this review, funds still have not been received. This appears to be a 1-person operation with a cell phone. I have been unable to reach a person regarding the funds and no response as of this posting.
