Installed our Generac generator with no issues.
took my call - they asked for a credit app - said they'd "get right back to me".... a couple of hours later they responded "we are several weeks out and we can't help you if you have an immediate need" - the office taking the call doesn't have visibility to the local office schedule....." Not the way to run a business. I'm sorry the owner took offense to my comment. I know I was critical of the business practice and process. I don't blame the staff for that at all. The lead time on the generator was a little longer than expected however, your team did not rush to get the job done and did a fantastic job. I was constantly updated on the process from beginning to end. Great Job! We need more companies like this.
