I called this company at 1:34 pm on Tuesday about a problem I was having with my pool. They told me it was too late to send a service tech over the same day. The fellow I spoke to PROMISED me that someone would contact me this morning BEFORE 9 am to give me an ETA of the service call. NO ONE CALLED before 9 am, at 9 am, after 9am, after 10 am, after 11 am……At 2:30 pm, I got a call from a service tech saying he will be at my place in 5 minutes. Had a problem with my spa remote wiring …..they fixed , however …. I could no longer access my iaqualink online . They said they could not fix and I had to call Jandy as it was an app problem . I called steve @gulfcoast pools he was excellent , said they had a wire crossed and he corrected problem . Thing here is ….pool doctor would not refund their service call ….they messed up my system but because they repaired the spa remote they felt they were entitled to payment. so go ahead and call them to mess up your system then ca... read more
Great experience with this company! Alan, the technician, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional! We have had problems with our salt generator since installation and he solved the problem in 30 minutes! Will highly recommend this company to anyone having pool issues! ��������
