I called to make an appointment to have a toilet and sink installed. It was Valentine's Day. They assured me that the work would be done before 1:00 p.m. before my wife came home from work, as we were celebrating our first Valentine's Day as a married couple. I had an error on my Navien water heater and Mike with Accurate plumbing was able to fix it without replacing the entire unit. This is a business with true tradesmen, plumbers who are professionals and know their field. They know how to actually repair issues rather than simply replacing expensive items. I’m extremely satisfied and plan to use them anytime I need a plumber.
Our water heater literally blew out this morning (water gushing everywhere). I called Accurate, and Kameron was there at 8am, and by 9:30 we had a new Water Heater Installed. He couldn't have been more polite, pleasant & knowledgeable and I believe the price was very reasonable (probably because they don't have a huge advertising budget that passes through that cost to me). I had them out once before for my Sump Pump as well, couldn't be more pleased with their service.
Our water heater died on a Saturday evening (messy and hugely inconvenient).😱 Members of a local Facebook group had several recommendations. Based on those recommendations, I called Accurate, Amanda, Fritz Baumann, and Jack Woods. Only Mike from Accurate Plumbing responded and sent someone (his son) out the very next morning (Sunday) to replace our water heater.
