Had a bad experience with Josh Hobson, their head of business development. He harassed me for weeks about my patterns and plugs... I'm a geologist in Nevada... The guy wouldn't stop sending me spam, demanding to speak to someone in charge about our plugs and patterns! I think they must just be lazy and likely using an AI bot to do their cold calling.
