We needed various medical equipment for a visiting friend last week. Ruben went out of his way to help us and make sure she had what she needed. He was available, pleasant, and caring. The store is well stocked and convenient.
Very friendly staff, Michelle took my phone call and greated me as soon as I arrived. After I presented my script to her, Michelle explained my options, educated me about the product and what it's purpose was and educated me on how to not only use the product but made sure I could use the product myself (as I live alone). Michelle answered all my questions and never appeared rushed (the reason I say that was I noticed the time and it was in 10 mins before closing time).
