Havent got my glasses yet and I paid ln it.
Dr. Lynch is great. Husband got glasses, after a long wait, they were wrong. I got glasses and after a week the frames began to peel and "rust". "Sorry, you didn't get the warranty."
Waited almost 2 mos (I know) for new lenses in glasses. Kept getting lab excuses. Not acceptable -cancelled order. Suggest going elsewhere.
Didn't wait long in the office, they were busy too, ordered my glasses told me it would take 5-7 business days and they were there to pick up in 3 business days. great service , was easy to set up appointment, and speedy with getting your glasses. No complaints from me on this one!! keep up the great work!! 2 thumbs up and 5 starts!!
I've been wearing contacts for over 20 years and they will not give me my contact prescription without a $75 contact fitting as a new patient. They are hold me hostage, and now on the last day of the year, aren't able to give me an appointment to get the fitting they require so I can make sure my insurance is billed within this year. My prescription hasn't changed in over 2, seems like the same prescription should still fit. Can't get a straight answer, or the appointment I need.
