Shouldn't take 2 plus months to get glasses. Will never go back. Got my glasses someplace else for less money and 1 hour.

I was told it was gonna be four weeks and now we are looking at 7 weeks today. My wife called about my glasses on the Mon morning after 4 weeks my wife called about them and the person helping her was VERY VERY rude and seemed to be very annoyed the whole time. I was told when i do IF IT EVER HAPPENS that I will get money off my remaining balance....NOT GONNA HOLD MY BREATH....i may never get my glasses. Very bad service ....lies lies lies.... I would not recommend going there for glasses. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on May 11 and as of today they still have not been made. Was told it would be 6-8 weeks they were behind. Poor customer service should have been told this up front not 2 weeks after I called to check on them. Left several messages for the General manager in Salisbury office to have not one phone call returned always put him in his voice mail. Canceled glasses will go elsewhere try to stay local but not again

Initially waited four weeks for my single vision glasses. They were not right and then waited six weeks (told it would be 7 days) after being told 3 times they would be in “next week.” They never returned 4 phone calls. They did refund my money after I refused to wait any longer, but never once apologized. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

There is a nice young lady with dark glasses (Felicia) who gives the best customer service - for frame advice and fitting - she has been there a long time - she is why I go back - young man behind the counter was helpful as well. ALL the support people have always been nice to me - been going there for over 10 years.

Will never ever go there again & I will make sure I spread the news wherever I go. Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional, disorganized, never call you back. The older man with glasses who acts as if he is the main man at the desk seems to suffer from major amnesia since he can never recall that you called. Makes promises to call you back .... still waiting after 2 weeks. My son went for contact lense fittings yesterday & they screwed up his prescription. Dangerous people working there!
