The lady in the office was super friendly unfortunately they couldn’t fix my trailer as they were short staffed. Remy the mobile tech did help me diagnose the problem with my lift gate. He was super knowledgeable on hydraulics and went out of his way to help me.
Absolute disappointment. Was told they were very experienced but a two day at most job turned into a three week job. Little to no communication on issues then when I did find out what was happening they were in panic mode with no consultation with me as to a plan. Charged me over the estimate but couldn't wait to get out of there. The worst thing is within a day gaskets leaked and I had to spend another $800 in another reputable shop to fix the issues.
