If I could give Accurate Granite and Marble 100 stars, I would. The owner, Frank, went above and beyond to help my husband and me find a marble sill for a building constructed in 2006. We showed up at the warehouse when they were technically closed, yet he still took the time to meet with us, walk us through the space, and track down the perfect piece. Lori and Nan were so helpful, I’m sure I misspelled their names but I’m so very grateful for them both. I got to meet the owner when I was there and he was also very nice, they really helped me out even though it really wasn’t all that big of a job and they’ve absolutely won me over as a client long term for any other tile or marble needs. I just really appreciate their knowledge and courtesy they showed me.
Excellent experience with Frank and Lori! We were in a bind to get some tiles bullnosed and Frank got right back to us the same day. We were able to pick up our bullnosed tiles within 48 hours. Great customer service and professional company. I highly recommend!
Went to Accurate to get a second opinion about quartzite installed by another company. Lori spent so much time with us and brought us back to Ariel for her opinion, too. My husband brought back a piece of the stone and the owner spent time with him to explain how this stone would hold up when damaged. We truly appreciate the time spent and did see lots of stones similar to ours. Next time we remodel our bathrooms, we are going to come here! Great customer service.
