Absolutely terrible experience, they do not care. They do not respond to calls or emails from us of the vendor we had to go through to get our custom order made. When we finally got the order it was wrong. This has severely delayed our project and most likely cost us our relationship with the end client. Fixed my key cylinder. Fast!
Poorly engineered, poorly designed, poorly built. 39 years of hardware and this is by FAR the worst I've ever encountered. Because people want ACTUAL quality handles by others, Accurate makes extremely poor quality locksets to accommodate them. Electric strikes are worse. Uninsulated wiring at vulnerable points... On and on. Use ANYBODY else for your hardware. When your drawings don't match your product, you have a serious problem. Note the solenoid clearly projects from the actual lockset.
