Unprepared, inaccurate documents and little sense of embarrassment when confronted with failure. I recently used Accurate for the closing on a purchase. I was provided the title insurance commitment for another parcel, my name was grossly misspelled in the preliminary deed document and I received documents via mail with no cover letter or other transmittal document explaining what the documents were and if anything was required of me. I know this is a low margin business, but it does not have to be low service quality.
