Very nice and pleasant office, the employee Bill Sharon was very helpful with our problem, we spent there around 30 minutes in the office and we will definitely contact him again!
If you want to feel like a valued client or customer this is not the business for you. They don't even care to make something right, or even apologize when they mess up. You can't even get the new owners to call you back and help their employees, I've requested. Guess 25 years of being a client means nothing. The incompetence and shear laziness of this office is appalling. Over a dozen phone calls since FEBRUARY and they still won't make my home owners insurance right, and we are now in Oct.
