I had a 9:45 appointment and when I arrived at 9:36 the office was closed. I waited until my appointment time and finally left. I should have listened to the other reviews and not booked an appointment here but I thought to give a local place a try and save some money. Absolutely a waste of my time. I confirmed my appointment the afternoon before but for whatever reason they never opened at 9 am like the website describes. Billed for the same thing three times
The technician incorrectly diagnosed me at my appointment and tried to use my fear to get me to do an additional ultrasound. My tech couldn't even distinguish between a pregnancy and a 6 centimeter cyst!!! Just pick somewhere else to go. I came here for an ultrasound referred by my OBGYN because I was having internal pain. The technician started by telling me I'm pregnant and giving me a judgmental look when I said I shouldn't be. Afterwards after making me wait 15 mins she says I HAVE AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY....
