Accurate Home & Building Inspection Service began operations in 1983 & has performed over 20,000 home inspections in the Philadelphia area. I highly recommend them - very honest & thorough.
Wayne Falcone is a bad home inspector. He does not take the inspection seriously. He missed major structural defects (badly deflected ceiling, floor that is uneven, decks that are unstable). He missed all signs of potential leakage in the house. His report is so brief that it is useless (as compared to others I have seen).
