I made the terrible mistake of using Accurate Heating & Cooling/Ed La Bella for the install of a Heat Pump and Air Handler at my house. Approximately a year after the units were installed, the Air Handler started leaking and the Heat Pump began to make a lot of noise. I called Ed multiple times and left voicemail messages informing him of the problems and requesting a callback to schedule a time for him to take a second look at the equipment. These guys were great!. I finally found a contractor that I was able to trust. Not only did they install my AC with a new air handler, they found several issues with my furnance boiler and fixed them for free, only charging me the parts!
