Accurate replaced our furnace igniter with the wrong part, when it still wasn't working they came back and blamed it on a "dirty sensor" and charged $100 to wipe it off. Then I couldn't get them to come back to fix it. Had 2 appointments they didn't show for and didn't call to reschedule. I had All Seasons come and they replaced the igniter and fixed the problem for much cheaper. Accurate doesn't seem to care about their residential customers.
