We are very impressed with the service we received from Accurate Heating. We had called another heating company and they diagnosed the furnace and said the part would be at least 3 days away. We asked if anything could be done to expedite the part and we were told unfortunately they could not. Accurate sourced the part in Winnipeg the very same day and had the furnace running the very next day. They also replaced the parts under warranty which the other company did not even mention. I used Gord at Accurate Heating & AC. Do not recommend whatsoever. It worked for a whole 5 days before the motor went then he wanted to charge extra labour to fix a problem that I already paid him to diagnose and fix-- he did give me the option of replacing the motor when he was there, HOWEVER!! I asked a multitude of times if the capacitor did the trick and he said yes it's WORKING so at that point in the way that he explained it, replacing the motor wasn't a necessity and he agreed. 3 different HVAC guys told myself and pa... read more

Truly an amazing company. Got the job done when they said and was the cheapest out of 3 companies. Amazing to work and customer service!
