Horrible experience. For any stress test ,if possible avoid this clinic. Extremely poor management, long waiting time, technicians are inexperienced , all are their local Indian qualified guys. You will feel as if they’re getting treatment in India not in Canada. I am very much disappointed while they were doing my ecocardiogram instead of stress test, for which I was there.
Went for a test at the clinic for the 2nd time. The technicians are the best. I was a bit stressed about the test for the last several weeks, but once I got there and explained my anxiety, the owner of the clinic, Rupinder, herself took out time to monitor my test, and I was able to finish the test without any stress. Everyone there was so helpful. The staff at the desk, especially Sifat, is very polite and responds to any queries promptly. Got my heart test done here . Front desk are so cold and dont like their job or can even smile . The girl who did my cardiac test literally pressed so hard on my chest n areas it bruised . Cardiologist was nice and said no issues and asked me 10 times why the test was written and who wrote it . When it came as referral from family doctor .
I had a disappointing experience with G Maur, during my mother’s appointment. He knew my mom has anxiety and depression, yet he spoke to us in a rude and dismissive way. When she asked me to interpret a question in our primary language, he cut her off and told her to be quiet. When I calmly asked him to be respectful toward her, he abruptly said, “You’re done,” and ended the appointment without providing any explanation, medication, or follow-up instructions.
