The technician Nimrah who does the echo and stress test is very rude and non- accommodating. She refused to take a test when my son was just 7 mins late. The cut off to cancel an appointment is 15 mins late but she did that anyways. After multiple requests to accommodate she refused. Her excuse was that she has to write reports for previous patients. I think she is not competent as she is cutting appointments to write reports of previous patients. Better not to book her and save yourself.
Been going here for over a year and they provide prompt, professional service.
Horrible experience. For any stress test ,if possible avoid this clinic. Extremely poor management, long waiting time, technicians are inexperienced , all are their local Indian qualified guys. You will feel as if they’re getting treatment in India not in Canada. I am very much disappointed while they were doing my ecocardiogram instead of stress test, for which I was there.
Went for a test at the clinic for the 2nd time. The technicians are the best. I was a bit stressed about the test for the last several weeks, but once I got there and explained my anxiety, the owner of the clinic, Rupinder, herself took out time to monitor my test, and I was able to finish the test without any stress. Everyone there was so helpful. The staff at the desk, especially Sifat, is very polite and responds to any queries promptly. Staff is very nice and caring. Haven’t met Dr yet but hoping to have the same experience with Dr.
