I took my mother (a former Seminole County Teacher) here to test her hearing and figure out why her hearing aids (over the counter) were not helping. The experience was amazing. The receptionist was very pleasant and patient with everyone on the phone and in person, from what I witnessed. Our Specialist, Lauren was extremely thorough, caring and patient. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered all the questions my family and I had. They let me a decision on my own time. The prices on hearing devices were very reasonable. I recommend visiting them when you have hearing questions or needs.
