When I went for my initial appointment, I was told that my insurance would only pay if I made the decision and paid on the spot. They told me that I couldn’t even go home and discuss it with my spouse and make a decision later in the same day. They said my insurance wouldn’t pay for Hearing aids if I didn’t pay for them right thenUntil the following year when I have another hearing evaluation option. I have had excellent service at Accurate Hearing Centers over several years; first for my husband who is now deceased and now for me. I have been particularly impressed with the skills of Tammy Fletcher, a long-time staffer at Accurate Hearing Center in Beaverton. Tammy has herself experienced some hearing loss and it gives her greater understanding of how hearing aids should be adjusted for maximum help to users.
They sell prescription hearing aids only.
My husband and I are both very happy with our hearing aids and their team there at Accurate Hearing. Especailly the specialist that was there today. Her name is Tammy..... She was awesome in fixing our problem, showing us new things about our hearing aids and updating our hearing aid programs. Once again, thanks Tammy for taking the time to show us how better to work with our program and hearing aids.
Single rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune to interact with, the woman working here even approached me like she was going to put her hands on me. Go anywhere else. They have since replied, and lied about my visit to save face, seriously find another company to do business with, they have poor customer service and now I can show they fabricate information to look better than they are.
