I would give this place 0 stars if possible. My husband went there 3 years ago to get hearing aids. He was given a pair to take home after the rep said the hearing aids would cost nothing out of pocket MANy times. After the insurance paid we owed about $1000. Just wondering why we owed $$$ since we were told that they would be free.My husband told them we wouldn’t be using them again because we were lied to. Took my father to the Demotte location and have had the pleasure of working with Lynn and Michelle. Amazing customer care and patience with my dad who has worn hearing aids his whole life. In his words, “I have never met people so caring and willing to take the time to help me hear better”. What a great company and very veteran friendly as well.
I can't thankyou the Dr for her help and her staff Melissa she's wonderful .I can hear so much better and anything that my hearing aids need like clean reprogramming Thankyou for everything.
