The team at Accurate flooring were excellent! They were able to come and see our floors and make the necessary measurements very quickly after our inquiry. They communicated very well through email or via phone and answered all of our questions. On the day of the work, they arrived on time and made sure to keep our house as clean as possible throughout the work. We are so happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors refinished!

Not only did the floors come out perfectly, I really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling. When you are doing a renovation timelines can get moved around but John and his team got us back on track by working around our schedule. The other thing we really appreciated was their help choosing the stain. Instead of showing us small wood samples they actually stained part of the floor in the various tones so we knew exactly how is was going to look. The team was amazing, fast, efficient, made sure to clean up afterwards! I needed to have several parquet tiles replaced due to water damage. My floor stain had been done 13 years ago and they did advise that the colour may not match due to aging etc. I was blown away that they did a perfect colour match - you would never know that some tiles had been replaced.
