Not only did the floors come out perfectly, I really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling. When you are doing a renovation timelines can get moved around but John and his team got us back on track by working around our schedule. The other thing we really appreciated was their help choosing the stain. Instead of showing us small wood samples they actually stained part of the floor in the various tones so we knew exactly how is was going to look.
