Their staff came in to test our unit as part of our complex annual testing. A tall man with a belly (look below in picture) with an long yellow pole and the new security came to my door. I open the door after they used the doorbell. As they came in and saw my dog they asked each other if that was the same dog. They said the dog from another unit had run away as they didn't actually closed the door.
