Every time I work with Katja, it feels like a bargain for the level of service I receive.
This company must be feeding their representatives something off. I have received several calls from this company (on a number that is listed with the National Do Not Call List) and the young men to whom the automated screen sends callers are sniffy and clearly unable to answer questions. Their oft repeated question is "So, do you need financial assistance?" Any question from the call recipient is answered with that phrase as if questioning them is a personal offense.
