The Hamptons community has been dealing with Accurate Electronics and receiving excellent service. I am impressed with the fact that this company is a “one stop shop”. Our two 15 year old aluminum, one of a kind gates were in terrible shape, not only the army green paint, the corrosion, the under sized supporting posts, but also using non lubricated hinges. Timely, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. The Accurate team is top notch through and through. Back office sales and service is very responsive and field technicians are some of the best in the business. Accurate can be depended on to follow up until problems are solved.
Our gate equipment was damaged by Hurricane Helene. Accurate's installer, Brian did a great job replacing all of the damaged parts and getting us back to normal. He kept us informed all along the way on the status of the repair.
