Phil provided excellent service removing and reinstalling my electrical panel. He was prompt, communicative, very detail oriented and did an excellent job of planning and co-ordinating with French Broad Electric. His pricing was more than fair for the amount of time he had to spend on this project. If there was a 10 star rating he would definitely qualify!
