We called to have our fireplace looked at because it would not turn on. Upon arrival, the tech greeted me with a smile. My dog barks a lot when we get strangers, and the tech offered, with my permission, to feed my dog liver treats he made. He was so good with my dog. When we went to the fireplace, he explained what he was doing step by step. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. The staff and workers are highly skilled and can get the job done efficiently. They listen very well and do a great job at making changes when needed. They really listen to the customer and go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend them.
