Matt is a hack. He came to my house and suggested an amateurish fix to a simple problem. I told him to pack up and leave. He tried to bill me $300 for his "drive time". When I questioned that amount he started threatening liens and became verbally abusive. Total jerk and not professional. (Follow up) Matt the Hack finally learned how to use the internet! I purchased a new Hot Springs hot tub from Oregon Hot Springs in Medford All that was needed was to hook up my existing 220 from my old hot tub to the new one. They recommended Matt. Bad idea. First he tried to charge me $170 hr from the time he left his shop until he returned, suggesting I could not afford him. Then he stood me up. Then he called the next day to say he “lost my address” Rude. I booked another company to do the job. . Avoid him. Hes dishonest and rude. So unpleasant. .

I have worked with Matt on multiple projects and have been taken care of every time. Works around the shop, before hours and on weekends if needed. Recommend.
