From setting up the appointment to getting the work done in my new to me 1930s home. These guys were awesome.
The absolute best experience I have had with an electric company.
So one of their workers had to take a day to take care of his ailing wife, she can’t drive, so he had to take day off to take care of her drive her around doctors offices, and so forth, and this company apparently gave him a really hard time. Making him document, doctors, notes, etc. or otherwise they were gonna do him for the day and if he had so many of these, they were gonna fire him. Take care of your employees because they take care of your customers, and employees and customers take care of the owners not the other way... read more
There's a guy who drives truck L56 that I encounter every morning on 256 in pickerington. This dude tailgates like he's in MadMax. In and out of lanes like Tokyo drift. He creates an intimidating morning commute for plenty! I've contacted your office multiple times about this man and his early morning antics... And I guess nothing is being said or done. So here I am on a review!
