unexceptional! I called Accurate Electric to get a bid to replace my electrical panel because it is faulty and outdated. The obviously young lady I spoke with on the phone, named Nicole was very unprofessional and rude. Not to mention they charge $60 just to come out! In this economy? Are you joking? Maybe the price would be considered if the people representing their company were at all customer service orientated. My recommendation. WAY overpriced! They refused to give me even a ballpark estimate over the phone. When they arrived they charged me $64 for an estimate. There estimate (guaranteed price so I guess that is good) was almost twice what I thought it should be. I confirmed this by hiring another electrician for half the price. So basically I paid $64 for the luxury of knowing that they wanted to ream me on a job that I didn't want done for that price.Thanks!
EXCELLENT COMPANY! First of all,I called and was greeted by Heather, very genuine, kind, helped me with all of my needs and scheduled me with a great electrician who was very professional, CLEANNN!, reasonable, accurate!I had my kitchen remodeled at a great price.I highly recommend Accurate Electric
