To start, I really don’t leave negative reviews very often. You can look through my profile and see that. Maybe I’ll re-evaluate how I feel about this when I haven’t been mopping for 5 hours. Were they the worst ever? No. They caught several things that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, and I don’t want to be disrespectful by diminishing the time and effort they put into the inspection.
