Extremely nice and pleasant experience, however, within 6 months of purchasing our house we have had to replace our furnace due to a CO leak and our basement has a leak in a location that we specifically pointed out as appearing to have water damage. We were assured it was fine, however are now in the process of getting repairs. We were told we had at least 5 years left on the furnace.
