David, our technician, arrived as requested and prepared to solve most any issue. Our door works great now, and was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. Davis was personable, knowledgeable, and able to answer all questions … and then service the door and mechanisms perfectly. I can’t imagine ever calling another company for garage door maintenance.
I called and within two hours David was there. He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Made sure the new keypad was working and I was comfortable with that and my app, and also did an inspection to make sure everything else was in working condition.
Technician came the same day. He was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Install was quick and neat.
Had A Accurate door come out to replace what I was convinced was a bad 15 year old opener. David found a sensor wire that was chewed through by a mouse. Replaced the sensors and re-alligned the opener track (installed very crooked by the last company). He lubed everything and you now have to listen to hear the door moving up and down - unbelievably quiet and smooth. All for a simple service call at $149.
