Give employees a raise at least once every few years! No lab we or anything! Horrible
I did an allergy panel in Newport, Jersey City and the results were inaccurate. I have to pay $ 200 for something that has no use. I called the Billing and Customer Service Department many times and not even one employee could tell me what to do in this situation. Paying for the lab's error is totally unprofessional!
Double billed my credit card back in October. Have call 6 times once speaking to Chintan other times they would not provide their names. Was told they did put it through twice, promised each time I would be refunded within a week. No money or follow up, threatened to contact police still nothing. Complete crooks, avoid this company or at the very least do Not provide your credit card.
