I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kumar and staff member Becky. I found their behavior to be unprofessional, rude, racist, and condescending, and I was particularly concerned about the lack of clear communication and empathy when discussing insurance coverage and costs. Dr Kumar if you are reading this, you need to work on your self. Do better! You have no self awareness or emotional intelligence. In other words you suck! Accurate Dental is a very good dental office. Dr. Kumar is great - courteous, easygoing, smart & efficient. The staff is pleasant also. I would recommend Accurate Dental to others.
