It’s been 3 weeks since my car has been at the shop physically and 20 days since they’ve been paid for their parts and labor in full by insurance. They have yet to order any parts or touch the car. I had initially been told it would be a week wait at least because the body work person was going on vacation. (I wish I can do zero stars but..) I brought my car to this shop after a fender bender where I was rear-ended and my trunk would not open. I went in because I needed an estimate and wanted to understand what the repair would cost. amazing service and fixed all my problems in my car, ones that i didn’t even know that the actually dealership never took care of. they were very transparent about the cost of everything and broke it all down which was appreciated. defiantly recommend the work was amazing.
Great experience with this shop. I had brushed against a wall, which caused scratches and dents across two panels. Mr. Eddie gave me a fair estimate without pushing unnecessary work. The repair took only a few days, and the result was excellent. The repaired area looks smooth, the color match is perfect, and it really looks like nothing ever happened. The before & after photos speak for themselves. Very professional, easy to communicate with, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!!!
