We are really disappointed with the service we have just received. We waited 4 weeks for an appointment time to get our caravan in for a quote which is fair enough, they look to be a very busy business. We gave the office our list of repairs and explained our priority was damage from a water leak and wanted the roof hatches replaced and roof sealed to make sure we don't get any further damages, and we had other jobs on the list as well all to be quoted. They did a great job of repairing my van correctly after it had been "repaired" in a dodgy way which lead to leaks by an insurance approved repairer. Accurate Repairs communicated well and did the repairs in a timely way better than the original repaired that took nearly a year to book it in and do the repairs.
