Originally there were some miscommunications between Lindsay and the mechanic. I chose to call this shop because I heard great things about Tami. (After leaving this review Tami reached out to me, she is truly fantastic!) The air in my car was not blowing properly and it made a loud noise. I explained this to Lindsay when I called. I gave this rating because of Lindsay's miscommunications and the diagnostic cost that I explain below. I chose to call this shop because I heard great things about Tami. Tami and her team saved the day! We were driving back to Chicago after a weekend trip when the check engine light came on. The team figured out the issue, got the replacement parts and had us out of there in a few hours. Most importantly, the assistant manager Lulu oversees everything diligently. Thanks again!!
