These people have the best demeanor I've EVER experienced at any vehicle repair shop/dealership. They're super nice, relatively fast work completion and very accommodating. We took our Cadillac CT-6 in and had the transmission and torque converter replaced. From start to finish, the entire process was performed extremely professionally. Ron (Services Manager) is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and maintained a strong level of daily communication the entire way.
