Wow! I have a camper van that I saved for years to afford. It recently had an computer problem that resulted in a vehicle that would not start. I called Accurate automotive and the owner put me in touch with his employee "Mike". I live 2 hours from their shop and I have a dead vehicle. I have never done business with these folks and don't even know what the shop looks like. I took my ford fusion in for a water pump replacement. The first mechanic never called my car warranty company to see if anything was covered after I requested it multiple times. The second person we talked to called them and was told it was partially covered. Fast forward to TWO weeks later still no refund. I call them and there are no notes of a refund supposed to be processed. They are looking at the original work order but I know there will be nothing there because again the first guy NEVER called.
