After getting into an accident, had a deal worked out with Joe to take a look and possibly fix my car, as well as while he was doing this, he had a car for me to use. In the midst of this deal, his girlfriend called me and began cussing me out because she no longer liked the terms Joe and I had agreed on earlier that morning. Tried multiple times to reach Joe after that, to see if our deal was still on or not, to which he refused to answer or return my calls.
Joe saved our family vacation when our suburban's transmission decided to call it a career. He interfaced with the warranty company, gave us multiple options for repair based on their coverage, and got us back on the road in a few days including time waiting for the parts to arrive. He even gave us a loaner to use for multiple days. High recommend!

On vacation with the family near Silver Lake when the transmission cooling lines on my truck rubbed through on the steering shaft from another shop’s faulty work when rebuilding transmission a few years ago. Joe and his crew got it up in running in time for us to leave the area when planned and they also provided a loaner vehicle. Friendly service at a fair price and done quickly when they were obviously backlogged with other work. Thank you very much for helping us out and getting my truck back up and running!
