On the way from Phoenix to San Diego, I ran over a huge piece of semi tire shrapnel. It damaged my front end and tore the engine splash shield back underneath the car. I lucked out that it happened less than a mile from Accurate Automotive. George Raygoza and his technician Frank Torres were absolutely amazing and helpful. They quickly evaluated the situation and came up with a solution that enabled me to get back on the road as safe as possible so I was able to complete my trip. This is the worst place. They use canal water. Pay employees the minimum. And I got injured on the job and they fired me. They make employees vote on what they want. Stay clear of here.
I went there just about a month ago, AC problems, was told that it was low on refrigerant, they supposedly added dye and charged it. When I received my truck boy was it working GREAT. Was asked to return the following Tuesday so they could check for leaks. George put on his special glasses and turned his special light on which was to show leaks. He did not check under the dash. The absolute worst amd most dishonest shop ive ever have encountered. My truck was stolen and left in a ditch and this shop was dispatched by AAA to pull it out. Instead of pulling it out they wanted to charge me an extra 500 dollars which I didnt have, told me they'd only accept cash then tool possession of my vehicle, left me stranded by Mittry Lake and has refused to give it back.
