I took my car in for a/c and heat (neither were working) they diagnosed my car wrong and charged me for the part they replaced and labor, I was told my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. They replaced the blower motor relay and pigtail. I turned my car on and pulled out of their back parking lot and turned on the heat to see if it was working it was only blowing cool air not hot air.
