I had some pretty severe engine problems with a flashing engine light. He had me in on the same day, and diagnosed within an hour. Offered to fix it, but admitted I could fix it very easily myself. Reccomended the best parts and sent me on my way. Didn't try to push anything or overcharge like some I've experienced.
Always had a great experience with doing auto parts for NAPA.
This young man (I think he is about 40) has great knowledge and very up to date equipment to fix the modern car. He is definitely the best I have ever seen at electrical diagnosis and follow thru. The best part is he is very moderately priced!!! Great workmanship.
Mark can fix anything and he does it so well. I have never had to take a car back to have fixed what he fixed. He gets it right the first time, and his standards go way above mine. Trust Mark, he is trustworthy
