Set an appointment for the afternoon, they never showed. I called multiple times and the lady that answered kept telling Me they will call me. Never got back to me. They could at least call and say they can't make it. I will not do business with this company. EVER!!!

I can't begin to tell you how poor this windshield install went. I scheduled the replacement a day prior for a time in the morning. I was told by both email and phone the technician would call me between0800-0900 to schedule the installation. I waited around untill 1100 whereI had to call to find out a time. I was told the technician was minutes away. Around 1130 the technicians (2) arrived. I can't tell you their names as I don't think they even spoke English. All I could make out was they were "ready". The Installer never showed up and never called me. I called into the office and was told the windshield did not arrive from the supplier. They rescheduled for following Monday. Installer never showed up and never called me again! Avoid the frustration and go with another company. These guys don't have their act together and they don’t have the common curtsy to call their customers when things change.
