Had two appts to have windshield replaced,brought car to dealership who really has no involvement except to hand off keys. First appt on Monday the glass tech from Accurate did not have proper molding, reset appt for Thursday, glass tech never showed up. Dealership was very apologetic and even tried calling glass company on my behalf. Accurate glass dropped ball twice, I drove 45 minutes one way twice! I am a salesman at this dealership and do plan on discouraging anyone from using Accurate Glass.
