Called and asked if they would change the oil on my 2024 Escalade ESV Diesel if I brought the oil and filter. Matt said they could get me right when I came over (I was 10mins away), and that it was $35 bringing my own oil and filter. They got me right in! In addition, they even should me (pulled the panels) where the rear liftgate accurator (driver's side) piston/strut electrical pigtail plugs in! Replacing it myself this week. First-Class Customer Service- will definitely be back!
