Carlos was extremely honest, efficient, nice and thorough. Car was done extremely quick. I will definitely come back in the future if I ever am in need and refer him to others if they are in need of body work.
Great overall experience. Staff was very professional. I worked with Esteban and he was excellent.
I felt the service was overall very good, and they delivered the car before the agreed deadline. The staff was always very polite and courteous. However, I’m not giving 5 stars due to a few points that need improvement: the car was extremely dirty inside, very dusty, and my beige seats had several dirt marks, clearly from a lack of care. Another issue was that the front bumper was not properly aligned — I noticed it a few days later and had to return for an adjustment.
